
Ivy Ekiden alums and hopefuls have been busy this track season.
Alumni results:
Acer Iverson (Harvard) has had some great results running for the University of Washington. In addition to his 28:39 10k at the Stanford Invite, Acer has run 13:33 for 5000m at the Bryan Clay Invite, placed 5th in the Big 10 Outdoor 10k, and dropped a 13:25 5k at the Portland Track Festival.
Perry Mackinnon (Cornell) competing for Syracuse ran 28:43 for 10k at the Stanford Invite and 29:39 at the ACC Championships.
Potential runners for the 2025 team have also been lighting things up.
Graham Blanks (Harvard) ran an amazing 12:48 for 5000m at the Bislett Games in Oslo, Norway. Graham had also run a 26:57 10k at The Ten on March 29.
Damian Hackett (Cornell) earned All-American honors with an 8th place finish in the 1500m at the NCAA Championships. Damian set a PR of 3:36.78 at the Wake Forest Invite at the end of March.
Ben Rosa (Harvard) earned All-American honors with a 10th place finish in the 10k at the NCAA Championships running 29:12. Ben won the Heps 10k and 5k and at the Wake Forest Invite ran a PR 28:35.58 for 10,000m.
Rhys Hammond (Cornell) ran 3:36 for 1500m at the Portland Track Festival.
Nicholas Bendtsen (Princeton) ran 28:25.21 for 10k at the Sam Howell Invite at Princeton.
Dylan Throop (Penn) finished 17th the NCAA Championships in the 10k running 29:24.03. At the Raleigh Relays he ran 28:27.40 for 10k and at Penn Relays he dropped a 13:41 for 5k.
Luke Johnson (Penn) ran 13:41.64 for 5000m at the Penn Relays.
